**Additional Information:**
The glitch only occurs when the external monitor (1920x1200) is positioned 
above the internal display (1920x1080) in a vertical setup.
In a side-by-side (horizontal) arrangement, no issues are observed.

- Internal display: 1920x1080 (eDP-1)
- External display: 1920x1200 (HDMI-1/DP-1)
- The issue does not occur in X11.

Hypothesis: Likely a Wayland/Mutter bug related to vertical multi-
monitor handling with mismatched resolutions and hybrid GPUs (Intel Arc
+ NVIDIA).
