Public bug reported:

I can't add comment and then attachment to any bug report.

How to reproduce. Take my long text, put it to "Add comment" section and then
push "Add attachment or patch", you will receive error:
"Request-URI Too Long
The requested URL's length exceeds the capacity limit for this server."

This is my long comment. Text is no matter, just example.

0. I don't think it is relative to drivers. Ubuntu 24 works ok. Ubuntu 25.04
the same problem with qv4l2, sometimes white, sometimes wrong green colors,
sometimes image window is totally transparent (I can se only frame), in Ubuntu
25.04 I can easy escape such problems just login in Xorg like here
https://i.sstatic.net/8sW93.png So I think problem is because of Wayland in
Ubuntu 25.10
1. I connect camera by USB. I use qv4l2 app only.
2. Camera model is ELP-USB4K02AF (ELP-USB4K02AF-KL100W)
3.
I disconnect, connect camera and try to use in qv4l2, after I did
