Ok, so you have the HWE kernel installed now. Good. You should not need
any AMD packages. In fact installing random bits from the internet
pretty much makes your installation unsupportable. I cannot help if you
have non-Ubuntu packages installed, especially not when they're DKMS
modules.

Step 1: Remove all the AMD bits, reboot and post the output of dmesg.
Step 2. Reproduce the problem. (What exactly *is* the problem? Not waking up 
from suspend? Not suspending properly?)
Step 3. Recover from the problem (hard reboot?) and boot again
Step 4: Obtain the log from the problematic boot and post it ('journalctl -b 
-<n>' dumps the log of the nth boot before the current one. I.e., -1 the 
previous boot, -2 the one before that, aso).
