Public bug reported: For successful boot of Ubuntu Linux Distro on Qualcomm QCS8300 based boards, kernel CONFIGs for QCS8300 interconnect, pinctrl and global clock controllers must be built in (statically compiled).
In current Questing kernel, the CONFIGs, CONFIG_PINCTRL_QCS8300, CONFIG_INTERCONNECT_QCOM_QCS8300 and CONFIG_QCS_GCC_8300 are set as modules. Board: Monaco-evk.
