Public bug reported: [Impact] Legacy ROCm releases (7.2 or earlier) hardcode per-program VGPR size which is used to calculate context switch area. Kernel also hardcodes this information. ROCm 7.10 and later releases are switching away from hardcoded information and need the kernel to be source of truth and advertise.
