Testing on QEMU --------------- QEMU is the only system supported by Questing. QEMU loads OpenSBI directly so there is not need to rebuild U-Boot with the update OpenSBI. Instead we have to install the respective packages.
I tested with opensbi_1.7-1~25.10.1_all.deb, opensbi_1.7-1~24.04.1_all.deb and by opensbi_1.7-1~25.04.1_all.deb. In U-Boot the `dm tree` command shows that sbi-sysreset is the only sysreset driver. sysreset 0 [ ] sbi-sysreset |-- sbi-sysreset The `sbi` command shows => sbi SBI 3.0 OpenSBI 1.7 The reset and poweroff commands in U-Boot as well as the reboot and poweroff commands in Linux are functional.
