I see a similar problem with the AX210 wifi card when the secure boot is enabled and the iwlwifi-ty-a0-gf-a0-89.ucode.zst and iwlwifi- ty-a0-gf-a0.pnvm.zst is loaded. Apparently, 100-200 ms delay for decompression is enough to sometimes exceed the Secure boot validation window. The problem can go latent depending on the particular kernel. Decompressing the required firmware files in /lib/firmware/intel/iwlwifi and creating symlinks to those uncompressed file in /lib/firmware will eliminate the problem entirely.
