Public bug reported:

In Ubuntu 26.10 we have both postgresql-17 and postgresql-18.

Rebuilding postgresql-17 fails in the upload phase because some packages
don't have the release ('-17' or '-18') in the name leading to
collisions.

These binary packages are marked by
Build-Profiles: <!pkg.postgresql.nolibpkgs>
in debian/control.

So we could overcome the upload issue by setting the build profile
parameter.

But there seems to be no real need for two versions of postgresql
existing in the archive. Debian Forky only has postgresql-18.

Please, remove postgresql-17 from the Ubuntu 26.04 Resolute.
