This is because the RTC_EFI is disabled in these 2 derivative kernels,
it is for no reason to do so, I enabled the driver, the RTC works well
under BM.starndard.a1.160, and hwclock testcase could pass.
But since these 2 kernels are ESM ones, no need to fix them. set it to
won't fix.
