Ubuntu 25.04
Automatic timezone detection incorrectly sets America/Chicago instead of 
America/Los_Angeles (Eugene, OR)

gsd-datetime repeatedly logs: g_ascii_strtod: assertion 'nptr != NULL'
failed

geoclue.service is running but gsd-datetime appears to receive
NULL/malformed location data and falls back to cached timezone.

Manual timezone setting works correctly.
