Public bug reported:

SRU Justification:

[Impact]
Some systems have enabled ISH without any sensors. In this case sending
HOSTIF_DM_ENUM_DEVICES results in 0 sensors but triggers ISH hardware reset on
subsequent enumeration after S3/S4 resume.

[Fix]
Backport the fix from Intel
https://lore.kernel.org/linux-input/[email protected]/T/#m13f2b9138d5ff1883e1bca804f77c00b47ac0d0f

[Test Case]
1. Boot up the problematic machine Dell Pro MFF TC.
2. Click sleep and wait 30 mins
3. Resume and do basic function check(audio/network/externel ports) and idle to
30 mins
4. Repeat run 3 cycles w/o any unexpected reboot

[Where problems could occur]
Reset enum_devices_done to false before sending the enumeration command, which
should be consistent with other similar function. Should be low risk of
regression
