Public bug reported:

USB HID devices connected via a Dell USB-C Dock become unresponsive
starting with kernel 6.11.x.

Affected devices are Logitech Bolt and Logitech Unifying receivers used for
keyboard and mouse input.
The devices stop responding randomly (keyboard input freezes, mouse stops
moving).
No clean USB disconnect or error is visible in system logs at the time of
failure.

Power-cycling the affected keyboard or mouse does NOT restore functionality.
Only unplugging and re-plugging the USB receiver restores functionality
temporarily
(approximately 1–5 minutes).

When the same USB receivers are connected directly to the laptop (bypassing the
Dell USB-C Dock),
the devices remain stable and do not exhibit the issue.

Disabling USB autosuspend globally using:
  echo -1 | sudo tee /sys/module/usbcore/parameters/autosuspend
did not resolve the issue.

In addition, intermittent instability of Bluetooth input devices was observed
under kernel 6.11.x.
The Bluetooth controller is integrated into the laptop and not connected via
the docking station.
This may indicate a broader input or controller-related regression, but the
primary issue described
above is limited to USB devices connected through the dock.

The issue does NOT occur when booting kernel 6.8.0-52-generic, which is fully
stable on this system.
Kernel 6.14 is completely unusable on this hardware (USB and WLAN devices are
not detected at all).

Hardware:
- Dell XPS 15 9570
- Dell USB-C Dock (WD19 family, USB hub with Microchip controller)
- Logitech Bolt Receiver
- Logitech Unifying Receiver

This behavior is a clear kernel regression.

I am willing to assist with further testing if additional information or
specific debug steps are required.
