It looks like the "grub-common" transitional package includes this file with no 
matching systemd service:
/etc/init.d/grub-common

The transitional package depends on grub2-common, which has this differently 
named service:
/usr/lib/systemd/system/grub2-common.service


The grub-common package should probably either not include that file, or even 
somehow outright remove it on upgrade.
