It looks like the "grub-common" transitional package includes this file with no matching systemd service: /etc/init.d/grub-common
The transitional package depends on grub2-common, which has this differently named service: /usr/lib/systemd/system/grub2-common.service The grub-common package should probably either not include that file, or even somehow outright remove it on upgrade. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2127505 Title: SysV service '/etc/init.d/grub-common' lacks a native systemd unit file To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/grub2/+bug/2127505/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
