Thanks for the bug report. Please start by deleting all local
extensions:
cd ~/.local/share/gnome-shell/
rm -rf extensions
and then log in again.
If that doesn't solve it then please attach the video again using a
filename in English, because Launchpad can't handle Cyrillic characters
in attachments.
