Autopkgtests are looking reasonable (except for the known issue in bug
#2115790):

$ ppa tests ppa:slyon/lp2133724-netplan-splitgen -r resolute

Therefore, I decided to move ahead. Still, keeping it as "block-
proposed" for now.
