Public bug reported:
The newest upstream version of libtpms (0.10.1-2) is FTBFS with
`<command-line>: error: '_FORTIFY_SOURCE' redefined [-Werror]`. This is
due to it now setting -D_FORTIFY_SOURCE=2 in its build steps while
Ubuntu sets it to 3 by default. The issue can be avoided by setting it
to 3 explicitly in debian/rules.
