For some reason your /boot/firmware partition is mounted read-only.
Unfortunately your dmesg.txt doesn't show the original boot so I can't
see it being mounted (or any adjacent errors). You might try something
like:

sudo mount -o remount,rw /boot/firmware
sudo apt -f install

If the remount doesn't succeed, though, there may be something more
serious wrong (an issue with the SD card for instance).
