Public bug reported:
By default, Ubuntu is configured on Ampere (Altra and AmpereOne) systems
to sleep after a certain amount of time. However, sleep modes aren't
supported on these CPUs because their original use is in data centers.
Ubuntu sleeps, but because no wakeup sources have been registered it can
never resume, resulting in requiring a power cycle.
