Distro patch and possibly upgrade to version 0.14 in devel at least, as
that version contains that patch. I also noticed that this package needs
some updates in Debian as well. It's not pointing to the correct (new)
upstream https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/pipewire/rtkit/, thus not
detecting new upstream versions.
