* New upstream release (LP: #182969)
* Don't install ChangeLog anymore (which is not really useful for the user),
and install NEWS with dh_installchangelogs instead of dh_installdocs
* debian/rules: removed obsolete translation removal, cosmetic changes
* debian/control: use the new Homepage field
