Public bug reported:

berkeley-express is FTBFS with latest boost. The relevant Debian bug
report is https://bugs.debian.org/1110628.

There is one reverse dependecy which will also need to be removed.

$ reverse-depends -r resolute src:berkeley-express
Reverse-Depends
===============
* trinityrnaseq [amd64 amd64v3 arm64 ppc64el riscv64]

Reverse-Recommends
==================
* med-bio                       (for berkeley-express)

Packages without architectures listed are reverse-dependencies in:
amd64, amd64v3, arm64, armhf, i386, ppc64el, riscv64, s390x

$ reverse-depends -r resolute -a source src:berkeley-express
No reverse dependencies found

And, about trinityrnaseq, there is no other reverse dependency.

$ reverse-depends -r resolute src:trinityrnaseq
Reverse-Recommends
==================
* med-bio                       (for trinityrnaseq)

Packages without architectures listed are reverse-dependencies in:
amd64, amd64v3, arm64, armhf, i386, ppc64el, riscv64, s390x

$ reverse-depends -r resolute -a source src:trinityrnaseq
Reverse-Testsuite-Triggers
==========================
* gffread                       (for trinityrnaseq-examples)

The autopkgtests of "gffread" will fail after the removal, but we can
add a hint to ignore the test result whenever there is a new version of
"gffread".

Please remove berkeley-express and trinityrnaseq from Resolute.

** Affects: berkeley-express (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
