Public bug reported:
I'm not sure what caused this... I had just finished copying a huge
amount of data to an external USB hard drive (using NTFS). I then
clicked unmount (Was using the dolphin file browser). The drive icon sat
there spinning away (indicating its unmounting), but it never unmounted.
I had to then hard power off the laptop to shut down. Subsequent startup
was ok.
Here is the dmesg I captured before I hard powered off.....
