Public bug reported:
netgen has failed to build for amd64v3, so even though it has migrated
the old amd64v3 is still left behind.
There is a reverse dependent binary for amd64v3 which will also need to
be removed.
$ reverse-depends -r resolute -a amd64v3 src:netgen

complete the opencascade transition.
