Public bug reported:
for some reason the bluefish package is missing for Ubuntu 25.10
Version 2.2.16 is available in 25.04 and the brand new 2.2.19 is
available for Resolute Raccoon, but in 25.10 something went wrong?
(Bluefish 2.2.17 should have been the current version at that moment).
