Thanks for your bug report, and for the follow-up. Based on your follow-
up, this does not appear to be related to systemd-resolved or systemd
more widely.
My first guess would be that at some point you or a tool you are using
set net.ipv6.conf.*.disable_ipv6=1 or something. But, as I said, this is
outside of the scope of systemd-resolved.
I am marking this invalid for now as it sounds like you have things
resolved on your end for the time being, but feel free to re-open if you
find new information that points to systemd.
