Hi, thanks for opening a bug report! Has this problem just recently started after an upgrade or has it been present since install?
Although fairly unlikely to be the source of the issue if the firmware is successfully loaded, you could try updating your BIOS version, it looks to be about 2 years behind the latest. Next, let's determine if this issue is present in the upstream kernel. Our latest mainline kernel build for amd64 is v6.18.1 available here: https://kernel.ubuntu.com/mainline/v6.18.1/ Instructions for installing mainline kernels are available at: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Kernel/MainlineBuilds Assuming the problem resolves with the mainline kernel, we'll look at what patches are needed to backport a fix, or where a regression started in the Ubuntu kernel. ** Changed in: linux-hwe-6.14 (Ubuntu) Status: New => Triaged ** Changed in: linux-hwe-6.14 (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided => Critical ** Changed in: linux-hwe-6.14 (Ubuntu) Importance: Critical => Medium ** Changed in: linux-hwe-6.14 (Ubuntu) Assignee: (unassigned) => Ian Whitfield (ijwhitfield) -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2137205 Title: Intel Wireless-AC 9560 fails to initialize with "Failed to start INIT ucode: -110" on kernel 6.14+ To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux-hwe-6.14/+bug/2137205/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
