On Questing the only supported riscv64 device is QEMU. I used QEMU with U-Boot 2025.10-0ubuntu0.25.10.1 to boot a riscv64 Ubuntu 25.10 preinstalled server image.
The sbi command in U-Boot shows the expected SBI version: => sbi SBI 3.0 OpenSBI 1.7 The reset and poweroff commands in U-Boot as well as the reboot and poweroff commands in Linux are functional.
