What specific version of openoffice.org-calc are you using? You can
find the specific version you have installed by running the following
command in a Terminal:
dpkg -l "openoffice.org-calc"
I'm running openoffice.org-calc=1:2.3.1-3ubuntu2 and am unable to
reproduce this issue. I was able to import the test.csv without any
problems. Thanks!
