zsh-antidote expects /usr/bin/antidote.zsh, but puts the file at
/usr/share/zsh-antidote/antidote.zsh

$ sudo apt-get install -y zsh-antidote

$ antidote
antidote:source:3: no such file or directory: /usr/bin/antidote.zsh
antidote:5: command not found: antidote-main

$ locate antidote.zsh
/usr/share/zsh-antidote/antidote.zsh

$ cat /usr/bin/antidote
  ...
  source ${0:A:h}/antidote.zsh
