Public bug reported:
On kernel 6.8.0-91-generic,
`/sys/kernel/security/apparmor/features/policy/unconfied_restrictions/userns`
contains `yes`.
But `/lib/apparmor/rc.apparmor.functions` expects it to be an integer.
This is on 24.04 with apparmor 4.0.1really4.0.1-0ubuntu0.24.04.5
