Public bug reported:

[ Impact ]

 * Users on TWL devices will not be supported by the media driver

[ Test Plan ]

 On a TWL device:
 * git clone https://github.com/canonical/checkbox-media
 * cd checkbox-media && snapcraft pack
 * sudo snap install --dangerous --classic ./checkbox-media_1.0_amd64.snap
 * checkbox-media.install
 * checkbox-media.test

 This will check that hardware acceleration is working via ffmpeg

[ Where problems could occur ]

 * Any code change can introduce bugs, vulnerabilities,
incompatibilities, or unexpected build failures. To mitigate these
risks, we will test the patched version of the media driver with the
above test plan as well as with Intel's preferred test plan
