I misinterpreted `Architecture: any` as meaning architecture
independent, but it only means it can be built for any architecture --
the resulting binary package is architecture dependent.

Since this is intended to be bit-identical across architectures, I'll
put `Architecture: all` on it. Thanks for catching that!

Thanks for pointing that out, there is no need for the test-data
package!
