Public bug reported: mediastreamer2 is not buildable with ffmpeg 8.0: https://bugs.debian.org/1115035.
And it was recently removed from Debian testing: https://tracker.debian.org/news/1706016/mediastreamer2-removed-from- testing/. The reverse dependencies are: linphone, linphone-desktop and msopenh264. The first two are RC-buggy on their own: - linphone: https://bugs.debian.org/1119745; - linphone-desktop: 5 RC bugs: https://bugs.debian.org/src:linphone-desktop. So please remove these 4 packages, at least from the -release pocket, to make the (coming soon) Qt 5 transition migrate. ** Affects: linphone (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Affects: linphone-desktop (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Affects: mediastreamer2 (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Affects: msopenh264 (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Also affects: linphone (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Also affects: linphone-desktop (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Also affects: msopenh264 (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2138393 Title: RM: Please remove mediastreamer2 and its reverse dependencies from Resolute archive To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linphone/+bug/2138393/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
