Public bug reported:

mediastreamer2 is not buildable with ffmpeg 8.0:
https://bugs.debian.org/1115035.

And it was recently removed from Debian testing:
https://tracker.debian.org/news/1706016/mediastreamer2-removed-from-
testing/.

The reverse dependencies are: linphone, linphone-desktop and msopenh264.

The first two are RC-buggy on their own:

- linphone: https://bugs.debian.org/1119745;
- linphone-desktop: 5 RC bugs: https://bugs.debian.org/src:linphone-desktop.

So please remove these 4 packages, at least from the -release pocket, to
make the (coming soon) Qt 5 transition migrate.
