Finally the target version in Debian for this merge is 2025.11-3

This version is the latest in Debian at this time with several structural
changes
 - Split ovmf: transition ovmf to meta package that pulls in ovmf-
   generic, ovmf-inteltdx and ovmf-amdsev.
 - Remove binary package qemu-efi-arm, upstream has removed support for it.
 - Remove binary package ovmf-ia32, upstream has removed support for it.
 - Initialize the Secure Boot dbx in *.ms.fd with the latest revocations.
The dbx previously only contained the hash of an empty file.
 - Correct enrolled snakeoil certificate.
 - Expand AAVMF_VARS.ms.fd and AAVMF_VARS.snakeoil.fd templates to 64M too
 - Restrict qemu-system-x86-64 dependency to 64-bit architectures.
