Public bug reported:

Nautilus crashes when double-clicking on a folder item if Action to Open
Items is set to Single-Click.

STEPS TO RECREATE THE ERROR

1. Open Nautilus.
2. Set Action to Open Items to Single-Click (from the Preferences menu).
3. Close Nautilus.

4. Open Nautilus.
5. Single-click on a folder, and the folder opens. (Normal behavior).
6. Close Nautilus.

7. Open Nautilus.
8. Quickly double-click on a folder.
9. Nautilus hangs and then crashes. (Error behavior).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Nautilus should not crash when double-clicking on a folder, when Action
to Open Items is set to Single-Click.

Instead, the folder should open and be displayed in Nautilus, as if the
user single-clicked on it.
