I don't know who is in charge of the Workman layout, so I'm reporting
here.
It's very simple, and repeatable. Enable the workman layout. Type something so
the cursor is after some characters, for example:
giraffe|
(where | is your blinking cursor).
hit the capslock key. the result will be
giraff|
(where | is your blinking cursor).
I'll rate it as highly annoying, but it's not critical to anything.
