一、问题描述
在Ubuntu 24.04
LTS的默认Wayland会话下，没有简单可靠的方法录制同时包含屏幕画面和系统音频的视频，并且我没有找到切换回X11会话的入口。GNOME内置录屏（按PrtScr键或Ctrl+Alt+Shift+R）可以录制视频，但完全无法捕获麦克风或扬声器的声音。我尝试过Kazam，发现其仅能录制声音而画面为黑屏，其他许多软件则明确不支持Wayland。而如OBS
Studio等专业软件配置过于复杂，不适合快速录屏的需求。
注： 此问题与上游GNOME项目的 Issue #5524
所描述的情况一致。该Issue明确指出，GNOME内置录屏工具不包含音频录制功能，而社区用户普遍期望能添加录音功能。这是一个需要在上游或发行版层面解决的功能缺失。
