Additionally, the rust-bytemuck package cannot migrate before rust-
bytemuck-derive, which also has autopkgtests failing (but on armhf). The
error seems to me unrelated since it fails with a compilation error.
However, it might be related to the rustc version in Ubuntu, since the
autopkgtests pass for both in Debian (using rustc 1.91)
Marking rust-bytemuck-derive as affected so the issue is visible for
that package as well
