Public bug reported:
Rust 1.93 was released on 22 December, 2025. We must keep up with
upstream Rust development and provide the latest toolchains to ensure
that Rust packages in the Ubuntu archive build without issue.
Additionally, 1.93 is the planned rust-defaults version for 26.04.
Promptly getting rustc-1.93 into the archive ensures that we have
as much time for the Rust toolchain transition as possible.
