That's very odd. Please try the Flatpak version of Totem if you can, to
rule out this being an issue with the version packaged in 22.04 versus
the mainline.
Including the output of,
GST_DEBUG=3 totem <path_to_video>
would also be helpful if you're still able to reproduce.
