Hi XanderCDN,

Did your systems happen to install new firmware, or any UEFI secure boot
database updates? Secure boot signing keys get rotated by Microsoft on a
frequent basis, and the kernels ship with the keys that signed them, and
they aren't resigned after release.

I know you mention that you have a requirement for validated FIPS
modules, but most auditors accept and are okay with FIPS modules from
the fips-updates stream.
