I am working on fixing the v4l2loopback-dkms issue in Bug #2114127.

The root cause is a V4L2 specification violation in v4l2loopback 0.15.0
where buffers are pre-populated in the output queue without being
explicitly queued via VIDIOC_QBUF. This causes GStreamer v4l2sink to
fail with "buffer was not queued" errors, which results in v4l2-relayd
crashing repeatedly.

The fix has been prepared with debdiffs for both Questing
(0.15.0-0ubuntu3) and Resolute (0.15.3-1ubuntu2), and is ready for
sponsor review.

This should also resolve the v4l2-relayd failures on Noble's 6.17
kernels mentioned in this bug.

See Bug #2114127 for technical details and SRU documentation.
