Public bug reported:
qt3d-opensource-src never built successfully on amd64v3. The existing
binaries were copied from amd64. However, as the new builds fail,
missing build is treated as an issue that blocks migration of Qt
5.15.18.
Please either remove the existing amd64v3 binaries from Resolute, or
copy the amd64 binaries from 5.15.18+dfsg-1 to amd64v3.
Regarding making it build successfully, I am discussing this with
Michael Hudson-Doyle in Matrix (TL;DR: making it use build-dependencies
from amd64v3 and not amd64 would fix the problem).
