Actually, now that I look at it, regarding the license files, I took
that cue from the Ocean sound theme (default for KDE Plasma) where those
.license files accompanied the individual sound files. I'm not sure
which is the correct way to do it. Normally I'd agree with
/usr/share/doc but there's already precedent in the other sound theme.

Apparently there's precedent for this in a lot of archive packages, so I
think it's best to leave it as-is.
