Hi Julian, OpenStack uses Launchpad as their bug tracking platform, see:
https://docs.openstack.org/project-team-guide/bugs.html It is very common to see Launchpad used as the upstream for the Bug: dep3 tag, as well as Bug-Ubuntu:. Sometimes SEG uses the original upstream bug, like this one, sometimes SEG uses a different bug for the Ubuntu SRU, so I suggest to SEG to use both tags. In this case, they were the same and have the same bug number in them. The more you know haha.
