Public bug reported:

Ceph introduced a couple of utilities, rgw-orphan-list and rgw-gap-list
[0][1] to identify orphan objects since Pacific (16.2.0).

However, those utilities aren't part of Ubuntu packages yet (even in
Squid packages, they're not available).

These are very useful utilities and should be part of the standard
packages.
