Public bug reported:

python3-defaults 3.13.9-3  takes over the python3-gdbm and python3-tk
binaries from python3-stdlib-extensions 3.13.9-1.

The python3-gdbm-dbg and python3-tk-dbg packages are no longer built,
and will no longer be installable, so britney blocks the migration.

From update_output:

trying: python3-defaults
skipped: python3-defaults (216, 52, 5)
    got: 41+690: a-3:a-690:a-0:a-24:i-7:p-2:r-0:s-5
    * i386: python3-gdbm-dbg, python3-tk-dbg
