Public bug reported:

Upstream urwid changed the way they support lazy imports through [1].
This caused autopkgtest failures [2]. The existing imports for
curses_display and raw_display no longer work and need to be replaced.

This is also reported in Debian [3], but the maintainers don't seem to
have been responsive to bug reports, the last package release being done
in September 2024.
