The text isn't wrong regarding the package description itself, but it is
outdated as a label for the driver stack. Since software-properties-gtk
builds this list from the output of the ubuntu-drivers Python API, the
fix belongs in ubuntu-drivers-common rather than the UI.

ubuntu-drivers assumes the legacy X.org DDX driver (xserver-xorg-video-
nouveau) is the representative for the open-source driver. On modern
stacks, this package is often irrelevant.

However, we can't simply point the tool to a "modern" package because
the actual components (like libdrm-nouveau2 or libgl1-mesa-dri) have
highly technical descriptions that are not user-friendly.

So I suggest we modify ubuntu-drivers to special-case the Nouveau/Mesa
driver. Instead of scraping metadata from a proxy package, it should
return a user-friendly string (maybe "Nouveau Open Source Driver")
