Public bug reported:

SRU Justification:
==================

[Impact]
Qualcomm FastConnect 7800 (WCN7850/WCN7851) Wi-Fi 7 devices experience firmware
load failures with certain hardware versions, preventing Wi-Fi connectivity and
disabling Wi-Fi 7 features (MLO, 320MHz channels, higher throughput).

[Fix]
Cherry-pick two upstream linux-firmware commits in sequence to maintain proper
firmware version history and avoid binary conflicts:

1. Commit 360fd45301707daa3d95be32d84132481b17db46
   "ath12k: WCN7850 hw2.0: update to
WLAN.HMT.1.1.c5-00284-QCAHMTSWPL_V1.0_V2.0_SILICONZ-3"

2. Commit 2e91d8c3c4bd34a27177180a38f62d3ba3c96031
   "ath12k: WCN7850 hw2.0: update to
WLAN.HMT.1.1.c5-00284.1-QCAHMTSWPL_V1.0_V2.0_SILICONZ-3"

Both commits update:
- ath12k/WCN7850/hw2.0/amss.bin (firmware binary)
- WHENCE (version metadata)

[Test Plan]
$ sudo dmesg |grep 00284.1
[    6.305015] ath12k_pci 0000:03:00.0: fw_version 0x1108811c
fw_build_timestamp 2025-05-17 00:21 fw_build_id
QC_IMAGE_VERSION_STRING=WLAN.HMT.1.1.c5-00284.1-QCAHMTSWPL_V1.0_V2.0_SILICONZ-3
Connect the WiFi in gnome control center.
Test the connections by iperf.
$ iperf -s
$ iperf -c xxx
Test covered basic wifi functions, 6Ghz is not tested because the regulations.

[Where problems could occur]
It might break WCN7850 functions.
